General Domain Registration Terms and Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions set out on our website here, the registration and renewal of UK domain names (.uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, etc.) is also governed by the terms and conditions of Nominet, which can be viewed here: Nominet Terms and Conditions
Customer Service and Support
Our goal at Way to the Web Ltd is to provide a reliable and responsive service. If you have any questions or problems regarding our domain registration services, please contact us either by email at email@example.com, or via our online helpdesk. We aim to respond within 24 hours to any contact made by either method.
Complaints and abuse reporting policy
For any complaints regarding our domain services, or to report abuse related to domains registered via Way to the Web Ltd, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to any such complaint within 24 hours and will do our best to resolve any problems swiftly and directly. However, if you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint regarding UK domain services, you can either transfer your domain to another registrar or contact Nominet directly.
Domain Renewal and Expiry Policy
For any domain you have registered through Way to the Web Ltd, we will send notification to you by email at least 30 days before the expiry date of your domain name, and will send at least two follow-up reminders if renewal payment is not received. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current working email address. If no response or payment is received to our renewal reminders, the domain will be allowed to expire. If any email or website services are associated with the domain, these will cease to function if the domain expires.
If you wish to transfer your domain to another registrar or service provider, please contact us via email at email@example.com. There is never any charge for transferring a domain to another provider. We aim to comply with any transfer request within 24 hours if we are able to do so.
The most efficient and preferred method of contact is email, and we aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.
